hci.gr has been involved in several R & D projects where hci.gr members had experience with various users from private and public organizations. In many cases, we were positioned as developers and we discovered the gap between the users’ expectations and the developers knowledge of users’ needs.

From 1992 we were involved in the user requirements process for different applications and we evaluated systems with different target groups.

The work has been funded by national and European projects. Part of the research and development was performed by own funds.

The members of hci.gr are Msc engineers in the interaction design and interactive systems evaluation, working on web technologies. This is the reason that most of the portfolio contains R&D work on web systems.
